• Saturday & Sunday,  May 23-24, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Poppy distribution - vic. Old Central School House, Saxer Ave

• Monday, May 25 - Memorial Day remembrances

     9:30 a.m.   Remembrance at WWIII memorial at Saint Francis of Assisi Church on  Saxer Ave. Parade beginning immediately after.

     10:00 a.m. Main remembrance, Old Central School House, Saxer Ave (Not at the Township Building due to   construction)

• Sunday, June 14 - Flag Day Ceremony at 7:15 p.m. at the Old Central School House on Saxer Ave

• Saturday, July 4 - Independence Day activities. Come join the community for our nation's semiquincentennial!

     8:15 a.m. Volunteer Memorial Wall inductions. Corner of Saxer and Powell.

     8:30 a.m. show, 9:00 a.m. start, Independence Day Parade. Corner of S. Rolling Rd & Leamy Ave.

• Tuesday, August 4 - National Night Out   6:00 p.m., Springfield Country Club

​

• Wednesday, November 11 - Veterans Day Parade, Media, PA at 11:11 a.m.  Meet time 10:30 a.m., location TBD.
